Questions
What are AI credits?
Every AI action, like writing a section, reviewing a CV or generating an image, uses a few credits. Your plan includes a monthly allowance that resets on the 1st. If you need more, buy a credit pack: purchased credits never expire and are used after your monthly allowance.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time from Billing in your dashboard. Upgrades take effect straight away and the difference is charged for the rest of the period. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens to my work if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. If you're over a limit on the new plan you can keep what you have, but you can't add more until you're back under it.
How do payments work?
Card payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Receipts and invoices are available in Billing.
